If the defendant collaborates with the i nformation under the terms of the agreement the sentence can be reduce minimum 20% and 10% in a very publicized case. The defendant can be the link to dismantle the criminal organization by confessing the crimes and giving information about the other people that might be involved in such activities it will help to lead to disclose the different levels of the criminal structure.
