Abstract

The purpose of this investigative work is to guarantee stability and provide protection to the elderly citizen, they are having right by apply the constitutional principle of equality, and this has been violated. I have taken as a reference the lack of exemption from the payment of fees in the public entity of the Civil Registry in relation to the fact that the disabled citizen is being offered this benefit at present, it is thus that by failing to comply with the principle of equality, this small vulnerable group in society would be discriminated against; they demand a dignified life because they have given all their sacrifice after several years of work and that it is not recognized or valued. It is important to mention that Senior Citizens are vulnerable to any situation that may alter their good living and the right to a dignified life due to the fact that they are in their final phase of life and therefore deserve primary attention from the State. , society in general and the family nucleus, who are a fundamental part of providing priority attention to this small vulnerable group.
