Análisis de factibilidad económica de la concesión del proyecto de "Rehabilitación, ampliación a 4 carriles, operación y mantenimiento del Tramo Naranjal - Tenguel",

Abstract

This degree work concerns with the Economic Feasibility Analysis of Concession of the Rehabilitation Project, Expansion to 4 lanes, Operation and Maintenance of the Naranjal - Tenguel Section”. The analysis has been carried out on the information obtained from the MTOP through the Technical Sub secretary of Concessions, in this work the modeling of several economically possible scenarios has been proposed on which different results were obtained in order to evaluate the terms for the above-mentioned project may be feasible. It is worth mentioning that during the completion of this investigation, this concession contract has been awarded to Herdoiza Crespo Construcciones, who have carried out their own financial modeling for its proposal, its offer was finally accepted by the Ecuadorian Government, therefore this work gathers additional information and provides a wide visualization of different alternatives that may or may not be more recommendable options.
