Abstract

The objective of this research project is to demonstrate the feasibility and viability of the implementation of a children's entertainment center aimed for children from two to twelve years of age in the Azogues Cantón Province of Cañar, called PlayKids, through the practical application of theoretical and technical knowledge converted into sustainable and sustainable research tools. The children's entertainment center offers various entertainment games such as: Playground, ball pool, climbing wall, sports court, playground for toddlers, as well as having private parking, recreation area for parents, food court and event room. For this project, direct information (survey surveying) is obtained from the place where the project will be implemented, together with information from web pages, from different institutions related to the object of study; the surveys were applied to parents who have children aged two to twelve; with the results of the market research, the demand was determined that will allow us to define the requirements to meet unmet demand through supply analysis; technical and organizational study to define the physical, technological and organizational infrastructure and finally the economic and financial study to proceed with the feasibility assessment and economic and financial feasibility. Based on the results of the financial study, the profitability and sustainability of the project was demonstrated, justifying the investment and therefore the implementation of the project. Finally, the respective conclusions and recommendations were presented.
