Estudio de factibilidad para implementar una empresa ISP con infraestructura UDBL basado en la LOT, en el cantón San Miguel de Bolívar.

Abstract

This research is based on the design of a wireless internet access provider through the specific use of free bands (UDBL), which work on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHZ frequencies, complying with all the standards and requirements of the Organic Law of Telecommunciations in the Republic of Ecuador, for the implementation of the internet service provider company in order to give access to the global internet network to rural and urban sectors of the San Miguel de Bolívar canton. This research is of an investigative, descriptive type with analysis of information from various radios and antennas for the specific use of free bands that are duly approved in the country. The subject of provides us with a guide in real situations when obtaining the pertinent permits within the country because a technical project must be carried out before the competent authority which, through the Organic Law of Telecommunications, delegates to the Agency for Regulation and Control of Telecommunications, issue the requirements and formats that are necessary to obtain the enabling title of the Internet Access Service and Concession / Record of use and exploitation of Non-Essential frequencies of the Radioelectric Spectrum.
