Sistema modular de vivienda en Guayaquil.

Abstract

This work shows the development of a single-family social housing prototype, which focuses on progressiveness and sustainability. Located in the San Pedro de Chongón parish, towards km. 24 way to the coast. The project proposes to generate a methodology projected in phases, which allows to have an order of the stages of the project without altering its urban image and focusing on providing a space that meets the needs of habitability and spatial flexibility to users. Taking into consideration the climatic conditions and the physical environment in which the project is implemented, that is why, based on this, we have proceeded to select appropriate materials for its execution taking into account bioclimatic, economic and aesthetic aspects; in addition to generating a constructive system, which considers the characteristics of the architectural project, therefore based on this it can be manifested in each phase of the project and propose an order of execution for the progression of the house in order to generate a linked order to the family, patrimonial and economic growth of the inhabitants of the home. This research has been carried out in order to know the needs of the users, proposing strategies that will include progressiveness which empowers users of social housing to reduce the initial investment, and over time it can be transformed, improved, and finally completed; according to users' needs.
