El síndrome de Burnout y su influencia en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del Colegio Americano de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain how the Burnout syndrome affects the work performance of the employees of the American School of Guayaquil, determining the different causes, for which it will be identified during the analysis of this research considering that the burnout syndrome has influence on job performance from different origins, for which the following question is outlined. Does the burnout syndrome affect the work performance of the employees of the American School of Guayaquil? Currently the burnout syndrome is an invisible problem that is found within companies due to teleworking and economic problems that our country is going through, but to obtain results this research will focus on the staff of the American school of Guayaquil in the present investigation a study between the alternative hypothesis and the alternative hypothesis and to corroborate an interview and a survey of the administrative department and the teaching area.
