Contradicción jurídica entre el derecho de visita y el cumplimiento del derecho de alimentos.

Abstract

The rights of minors are considered as fundamental pillars of protection within human rights, since minors are priority attention groups, the processes that are related to their development will be considered as priorities. Within the rules applicable to the right of visit, substantial contradictions may be found with what is established in the rules related to the right to food for minors. As they are areas of care and protection for the minor's best interest, existing contradictions must be determined and corrected, avoiding conflict between rules and regulations that may have a negative effect on the minor's development. Given the existing problem, the rule and its procedure will be thoroughly analyzed to determine where the regulatory shock is and how it affects the development of the minor's rights. The purpose of this work is to focus on the existing clash between the fulfillment of these processes and how they can harm the development of the minor. Through figures provided by government entities, it will be possible to analyze with greater accuracy the damage caused to the parents by breaching any of these rights and the damage that it implies for the minor when any of the aforementioned rights are not complied with. As the main source of research for the development of this work, information from government websites, national news, statistics presented, doctoral works, general reports and local regulations were used.
