Abstract

Curator Ad - Litem person who must guarantee the application of each one of the rights of minors, in favor of their development, and their growth with the aim of their comprehensive protection. This research gives the approach of a reform proposal that allows a real development of the person Ad-Litem Curator during the divorce process, and directly apply its purpose. There is a need to create a real regulation which allows good performance; and, consequently, an excellent participation by the Curator Ad - Litem; for the reason that the interaction between authorities of the Family, Women, Children and Adolescents and the Curator - Ad-Litem will be practical and opportune for the defenseless.
