La necesidad de interconexión de los notarios y los consulados ecuatorianos.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to identify the appropriate interconnection processes between Ecuadorian notaries and consulates, especially at the time when users quickly and efficiently request the granting of notarial acts. From the execution of surveys to users belonging to the notarial service, in some of the notaries located in the city of Guayaquil, as well as users of the notarial service, in the consulates of the country, it was possible to determine the form and manner in how this service is being provided to users, and how it would be advantageous to apply a network between consular and notarial services. The results of the investigation showed that the provision of notarial services is limited by the lack of connection between both organizations, without taking into account the consular tariff tables, as well as that nationals or foreigners need to carry out notarial acts that are valid in Ecuador. , but these are not given due to the limitations of existing information, since the consular public service becomes deficient. Finally, this research work is a contribution for the identification and, later, creation, of measures to extend the notarial service, within the consular offices, that act by virtue of the functions contemplated in article 18 of the Notarial Law, with the Purpose that the guarantees, rights and principles indicated in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and other related laws are fulfilled.
