Abstract

The purpose of this feasibility study is to determine the technical, legal and financial feasibility for the creation of a consulting company on regulatory matters related to products for human use and consumption in the city of Guayaquil. This work is divided into four chapters, where the most important aspects that have the greatest impact on the study were developed. A market research was carried out through online surveys using Google Forms, with a deductive method and a mixed approach, because the analysis was quantitative and qualitative; additionally, it was possible to know the needs of the clients and if this new company will solve their problems and satisfy their needs. Finally, in the financial analysis, a five-year projection was prepared that allowed determining that the project is economically and financially profitable.
