Distribución de utilidades a los asociados de organizaciones del sector no financiero.

Abstract

This research addresses issues related to the Popular and Solidarity Economy system with a focus on the non-financial sector organizations, starting from the discussion of the social benefits received by the associates of the associations, but especially the cooperatives; and when mentioning those benefits, it covers everything related to contribution certificates which are initially invested in the organizations, but which in turn also include the profits, surpluses and other benefits that depend on the social purpose of each organization. The objective of this work is to identify, through a brief comparative analysis of civil and commercial companies with the organizations of the non-financial sector, the purpose of an equitable distribution of profits. The solution to the problem is to be able to find the correct and viable way for the ideal procedure of the distribution of profits in the organizations of the non-financial sector, starting from a study on the civil and mercantile societies, and its similarity with those organizations; situation that affects in a considerable way to not enjoy directly those benefits to those who conform from the associations and cooperatives, and in this way, the organizations of the non-financial sector can overcome certain deficiencies and progress in a correct way, sticking to the applicable norm for those organizations.
