| Abstract: | Within the judicial processes in our legislation, we have the institution of invalidity of great importance since it is the most drastic effect that can be given to a procedural act, the General Organic Code of Processes currently establishes how this institution is applied but limiting it to the deviations that this gives them that effect. |
| Description: | Dentro de los procesos judiciales en nuestra legislación, tenemos la institución de la nulidad de mucha importancia ya que es el efecto más drástico que se le puede dar a un acto procesal, el Código Orgánico General de Procesos establece en la actualidad como se aplica esta institución, pero limitándola a las desviaciones que este les da ese efecto. |
