Proceso de reinserción familiar de niños, niñas y adolescentes que se encuentran en acogimiento Institucional en una fundación privada del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, en el período 2020 - 2021.

Abstract

This work reveals the way of implementing the technical standard within a foster home in the city of Quito, where children and adolescents are welcomed, due to various factors that involve the micro, meso, macro, exo and chronosystem that surrounds both him and the family; It has become institutionalized and from this point on, the actions of the technical team are analyzed in terms of how to seek to achieve the family reintegration of this population. From the use of the documentary review instruments and group and family interviews, it was possible to know how the technical team of the technical foster care unit manages to apply the technical standard, in search of the restitution of the rights of institutionalized children and adolescents in this place. It was found that the judge's decision-making is key in this process, as well as the delivery of the documents that show the evidence and current status of the case, these are key for the judicial entity to issue the measures and the infant to be reinserted .
