Abstract

The present project consists of the automation of the process of attending to the orders of the clients of the foreign market for the sales of batteries of the company Industrias Dacar Cía. Ltda. Covering the needs of the process as the main objective the development and implementation of a website as an access channel so that the client has the facility to communicate to the company their needs for purchasing batteries to the country of their choice and as specific objectives the to analyze the process of commercialization abroad to present the most appropriate and timely solutions, as well as being able to integrate the client's website with the current systems that the company maintains for the operation of its processes. The project in its development stage has been carried out by means of the MVC method (Model, view, controller) integrating to the 2 systems maintained by the company SAP Business One and DacarProsoft, with this the online integration of the operation of the site is ensured web with the other control systems of the company that in conclusion will provide a technological tool to control the orders of foreign customers and will reduce the time of attention and processing of the order in the system.
