Abstract

The work of titling the "Management of the ecosystem of the native forest Carbobería of the province of Cañar within the Environmental Organic Code". The objective is the legal knowledge of this code that will become the legal means that contributes to the administrative management of the natural ecosystem of the forest, with the purpose of being useful to the residents of the area and the administrative authorities of the communities of the province of Cañar, so that in this way they are included, and correlated with each other for the common interest of both parties, such as the administrative management of the natural ecosystem of the forest, therefore it is necessary to apply the approach of a proposal considering that through the same It will be possible to avoid an incorrect management of the forest, allowing it to preserve and protect the natural heritage of Ecuador located in this province, just as the Constitution of the Republic recognizes mother nature as a subject of rights.
