Perfiles delictivos criminológicos en casos de sentenciados que han causado conmoción social.

Abstract

Crime related to aggressiveness is the subject of multidisciplinary study through time and history, the current legal problem is the prosecution of criminality as antisocial behavior that contradictorily releases those responsible with guilt and those who are not, must experiment within the penitentiary center the effects of a bad study of the prison system, due to the ignorance of criminal profiling from the prosecutorial investigation instances; being an imperative need for judicial officials to deepen this knowledge, in the face of the massive wave of criminal conduct, the relevance of the issue lies in the increase in crimes in Ecuadorian territory, diversifying the serious social problems; and its importance is based on investigating this issue because the legal consequences are causing a wrong vision of justice. Objective: to comparatively analyze the theory profiles within criminology and convicted criminals of the national reality that have caused social upheaval. Methodology: bibliographic, descriptive research, which focuses on the information obtained retrospectively based on a longitudinal section, of non-experimental design by means of respective methods, techniques and instruments. Results: the statistics in Ecuador have rising, constant, permanent and alarming figures, with cases of violence classified as a crime that cause social upheaval. Conclusions: legally reform articles of the Constitution, COIP, LOPEVCM and other related laws, mitigating the appearance of having been created and elaborated to defend and remain in delinquency, corruption and criminality based on the problems associated with crime.
