Ciberacoso de niños, niñas y adolescentes en las redes sociales : un estudio sobre los sistemas de protección y prevención judicial en el Ecuador.

Abstract

This study is aimed at the analysis of the new different ways in which a crime is reflected, through the internet through its social networks, as an impact this affects the development of thehuman being based on a culture of peace, free from violence, which guarantees the tranquility ofcitizens to the right to personal integrity, affecting not only the personal, family and moral aspect, but also this kind of abuse impacts and falls mainly on the emotional and psychological integrity of the victim. Later in the current work it will be revealed how these aspects influence in causing damage to a person's life, although it seems something so simple, If the victim does not report this type of abuse, there will be consequences that lead the harasser in a repetitive andconstant way to continue with his task without caring about the damage that he is causing for a long time. The objective of this project is to prepare a document of a legal critical study that demonstrates that the rights argued in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador in favor of girls, children and adolescents are intimidated by the aggravated and inappropriate use of social networks and new technologies. These types of crimes are sanctioned in the different normative and legal bodies of the country both in substantive and qualifying regulations. The importance of this study is rooted in the fact that cyberbullying can be regulated because it violates the right to honor and integrity of people, whose rights are proper to the human being, which causes a legal space, and that in turn the Constitution ensures their protection through their control bodies and the state.
