Abstract

Victims of domestic violence in the city of Latacunga in the province of Cotopaxi in relation to the regulations established in the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code". Domestic violence in the city of Latacunga in the province of Cotopaxi is a current problem of a social nature in the face of the current COVID 19 pandemic, which affects children, adolescents and women, a situation where social level is not given importance or the cultural level that these families have. In this degree work, the applied methodology is based on the exploratory level and the descriptive level, supported by the bibliography when carrying out a quantitative level field method, through the application of surveys to the victims of domestic violence in the Municipal Social Amparo Patronato of Latacunga, Cotopaxi province where the victims are reestablished, a quantitative methodological method that helped to verify and verify the expected results of this investigation. As a place where as a student I make known the problems in domestic violence in times of pandemic. The objective of this research is to propose a reform to the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code in order to improve the procedures in the processes of intrafamily violence, since there is aggression and abuse that directly affects the formation and the respective integral development of minors; and in the same way in adults mainly women and the elderly.
