Abstract

The development of entrepreneurship initiatives that show real and feasible solutions to current problems is always an exercise that requires time, analysis and above all adaptation to the identified needs. At present and due to the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, a great concern has been detected in families derived from a complex confinement and full of difficulties for parents who see their children without having to do in the times leisure, hence the initiative to create a Comprehensive Entertainment Center for children in Loja, which at the same time allows them to start a process of development and learning in a natural way This project analyzes the economic and financial viability of the project to implement the center, which provides a space for distraction, fun and interaction between children, helps to solve the lack of natural contact between children; For this, it begins with the market study to determine if there is an unsatisfied demand, including a marketing study that includes strategies to introduce and position the center; a technical study continues to evaluate the requirements for the execution and development of the project; and, finally, the financial economic study is presented that identifies investment, financing and costs; and that by means of financial indicators it determines the viability of the creation of the Center. Finally, with the execution of the project, sources of employment will be generated and it will offer an alternative of entertainment and learning for children of Loja.
