Implementación del Balanced Score Card para medición de objetivos del Hospital Oskar Jandl.

Abstract

He purpose of this study is the implementation of the Balanced Score card for the measurement of objectives of the Oskar Jandl Hospital, it should be emphasized that the investigation will be carried out in the province of Galapagos, canton San Cristóbal Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, in the facilities of the Oskar Hospital Jandl located in the divine child neighborhood. This effort was carried out due to the belief that the balanced scorecard can be useful and adaptable to hospitals, but that the process and approach must be adapted to their required resources (time, experience, money) for the implementation be practical and successful. Furthermore, this publication is an attempt to describe a more relevant implementation model designed to better suit the needs of these types of hospitals.
