Construcción del deseo materno en madres adolescentes con adicción a la heroína, dentro del Hospital Universitario, Guayaquil - Ecuador.

Abstract

This research work addresses the construction of maternal desire in adolescent mothers with heroin addiction "H" in the University Hospital of Guayaquil. For this purpose, information is gathered from the discourse of the patients attended in the practice, supported by a bibliographic analysis of psychoanalytic contributions on motherhood, femininity and theories from the social and public health field in Ecuador. In order to understand from the particularity of women, two clinical cases that exemplify the subject are summarized, in addition, a graphic is elaborated on the care route provided by the hospital and a proposal to follow; as well as the analysis of statistical data of adolescent mother patients in addiction to heroin "H" attended in 2019, 2020, 2021, finally a summary of interviews with professionals working in the hospital is presented, information that facilitates the understanding of the experiences of adolescents around motherhood and attachment to the child.
