Abstract

The present work seeks to propose a management model that starts from the SWOT analysis, the formulation of mission, vision and values based on the needs of the company and oriented to the efficiency and productivity of the organization. This research is based on descriptive-applied analysis with the aim of collecting data and information in order to answer questions in order to solve the problem. For the development of the investigation we used the qualitative approach using a questionnaire of guiding questions which helped us to obtain real information of the investigated aspects. As a result, we have a company that has shortcomings in its departmental organization, does not have strategies to face the market or its competitors and does not have a management system that helps automate its processes and improve its productivity. It is proposed to apply the proposal of an Execution Premium management system to obtain greater profitability, an improvement in costs and in turn analyze the competition in the insurance broker sector, because this model brings benefits to both the client and the company. company, creating efficiency in its operations.
