Abstract

Through the completion of this informative work, the supply chain of the company Corpalubri S.A. is analyzed. to find certain inconsistencies when developing the activity of commercialization of derivative products that it offers. Therefore, logistical strategies should be proposed to help improve them based on the bibliographic review of the subject. It will begin to deduce certain operational situations that condition the quality of service and the increase in sales, as in previous years, it gained prestige in the local and international market from the methodological design that will allow financial conceptualization added to the expressions of the surveys to customers, employees, in addition to interviews with managers, operations, sales and general. In order to represent statistical results that show the current situation of the company and thus offer a complementary proposal to the theories and logistics instruments put into study in order to accordingly evaluate the selection of effective strategies in the supply chain. That at the same time facilitates decision-making by the operational technical staff, managing qualitative criteria in each process to finally issue the respective conclusions and recommendations that serve as an application model such as the Scor system because it provides the opportunity to make corrections. immediate during the supply of the product, achieving, in the environment, an optimal logistical labor result and at the same time facilitating future research from an objective point of view focused on strengthening the productive activity of companies.
