Abstract

Throughout the corporate life, there have been many changes, reforms, legal loopholes,as well as legal instruments to deal with irregularities within the companies, this is the caseof the exclusion of partners, a legal option and tool that helps those who make up the different types of companies, to be able to exclude a partner when this incurs in certain assumptions established in the law. This paper focuses on analyzing the grounds for exclusion of partners and in turn, proposeother facts that are not covered in the article, to be taken into account for a reform to it.
