Abstract

The business plan is a road map that contains objectives and goals to be met through the formation of a work structure that contains financial, human and technological resources to guarantee viability over time. The general objective of the work was to develop a business plan for the implementation of a Polyclinic in the Samanes citadel, and confirm the economic and financial viability of the project. The applied methodology had a non-experimental quantitative approach and a descriptive scope with a cross section applying the deductive method. Among the main results obtained were that the respondents mentioned being dissatisfied with the health services that they currently use in 34.5% and that they would be willing to change if they have affordable prices and quality of service with 87% preferring to receive information. by social networks, email and informative flyers. For the elaboration of the business plan, an organizational structure made up of 18 collaborators is needed who are complemented with equipment and supplies to develop the activities. Based on what has been described, an investment of $174,224.1 will be needed, which will be financed 40% with own capital and the difference with a fiveyear term bank loan with an interest rate of 11.8%. This results in economic and financial viability by obtaining an IRR of 16.6% and a NPV of $21,851.0 at a weighted average cost of 11.9%, achieving the recovery of the investment in three years, seven months and six days.
