Efecto jurídico de la opinión consultiva # 24-17(identidad de género) de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos a la luz del derecho y la justicia constitucional en el Ecuador.

Abstract

Marriage equality in Ecuador has been considered a historie achievement for the State, in the collective of this community GLBTI have fought to be guaranteed all the rights of both equality and non-discrimination that focuses between their bonds of couples of that population. In this work of degree will address the Advisory Opinion 24-17 of the InterAmerican Court on gender, and equality and non-discrimination against same-sex couples in order to be analyzed and thus be able to determine the legal effects that it has originated in the Constitutional Court of Ecuador within the Ecuadorian regulations in the establishment of marriage equality. In this way, the methodological section of the research is described, which will be low in qualitative approach with the purpose of a practical research. Likewise, the type of research will be carried out under the explanatory study in which are known what are the effects that here in Ecuador the Advisory Opinion under investigation has originated. That is why it is taken into consideration and will be reviewed for an analysis specifically of Advisory Opinion 24-17.
