| Résumé: | The development of technology has facilitated the creation of new tools that can be at the forefront of new technologies, which is why, in 2009, the cryptocurrency called bitcoin was introduced to the market for the first time. Due to the characteristics that the anonymity and decentralization to be able to determine a regulatory framework that is adapted correctly. The country currently does not have specific regulations regarding the taxation of the development of these new currencies. It should be noted that, in the legal system, there is the possibility of taxing the income generated by bitcoins with the development of Income Tax and VAT. In this way, the income is subject to taxation by the competent authority. |
| Description: | El desarrollo de la tecnología ha facilitado la creación de nuevas herramientas que puedan ir a la vanguardia de las nuevas tecnologías, es por ello que, en el 2009 se introduce por primera vez al mercado la criptomoneda llamada bitcoin. Debido a las características que el anonimato y descentralización para poder determinar un marco regulatorio que se adecue de forma correcta. El país actualmente no cuenta con regulaciones específicas referentes a la tributación del desarrollo de estas nuevas monedas. Cabe destacar que, en el ordenamiento jurídico existe la posibilidad de gravar los rendimientos generados por los bitcoins con el desarrollo del Impuesto a la Renta e IVA. De esa forma, los ingresos están sujetos a imposición fiscal por parte de la autoridad competente. |
