Análisis de la administración de los recursos públicos correspondiente a la dirección distrital 09D17 Milagro - Salud.

Abstract

The effective administration of public resources derives from a correct and adequate allocation managed by the corresponding actor. The present study was carried out with the objective of analyzing the administration of public resources of the District Directorate 09D17 Milagro – Salud, in order to improve administrative management. The research was of mixed approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, descriptive scope and deductive method. The population was made up of 20 officials from the administrative area, who answered a survey; while, the interview was addressed to the administrative head of the District. Given the results, it was identified that the institution previously carries out annual budget planning through meetings where the items to be covered are delimited. However, the absence of projections of certain services is highlighted, as well as the lack of a person to verify compliance with the destination of public resources, absence of physical inventories, lack of notification and communication in the area. Consequently, the action plan is structured in three key actions that encompass the control and monitoring of resources, situational evaluations and improvement of human resource management, whose control will be carried out through a set of indicators.
