| dc.description | El caso Paqui será trabajado a lo largo del ensayo desde tres marcos: Fenomenológico, dinámico y estructural. El análisis de caso a partir de estos elementos permite abordar la problemática del paciente desde una perspectiva integral, incorporando todos los componentes y significantes de mayor relevancia que se encontraron en las indagaciones realizadas. Los elementos teóricos que conducirán la lógica del ensayo serán extraídos de la teoría psicoanalítica Freudiana/Lacaniana; por ese motivo la estructura o posible diagnóstico del caso se basará en la nomenclatura psicoanalítica, en este caso, la histeria. Para alcanzar esa hipótesis se indago todos los elementos que confirmarían esa estructura: modo de goce, síntoma, fantasma. El objetivo a alcanzar mediante este método de análisis de caso desde la teoría psicoanalítica es, mediante los dichos y actos del paciente, analizar, descifrar y elaborar una interpretación de la problemática del Sujeto. El caso presenta una variación del psicoanálisis ortodoxo pues la información de la relación Sujeto-pareja parental (Edipo) es escasa, por tal motivo, el análisis de caso es a partir del vínculo amoroso de Paqui. La paciente entra a consulta por problemas de pareja, a lo largo del ensayo se va abordando las problemáticas inconscientes que van surgiendo desde la elección de la pareja hasta la finalización de sus relaciones, todo esto denotando sus rasgos particulares que son parte de la estructura antes mencionada. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The Paqui case will be worked throughout the essay from three frameworks: Phenomenological, dynamic and structural. The case analysis based on these elements allows addressing the patient's problem from a comprehensive perspective, incorporating all the most relevant components and significants that were investigated in the investigations carried out. The theoretical elements that will guide the logic of the essay will be extracted from the Freudian/Lacanian psychoanalytic theory; For this reason, the structure or possible diagnosis of the case will be based on the psychoanalytic nomenclature, in this case, hysteria. To reach this hypothesis, all the elements that would confirm this structure were investigated: mode of enjoyment, symptom, ghost. The objective to be achieved through this method of case analysis from psychoanalytic theory is, through the patient's sayings and actions, to analyze, decipher and elaborate an interpretation of the Subject's problem. The case presents a variation of orthodox psychoanalysis because the information of the subject-parental partner relationship (Oedipus) is scarce, for this reason, the case analysis is based on Paqui's love bond. The patient enters the consultation for couple problems, throughout the trial the unconscious problems that arise from the choice of the couple to the end of their relationships are addressed, all this denoting their particular features that are part of the structure before mentioned. | en_US |
