El dispositivo analítico : una propuesta para abordar la angustia ante la urgencia subjetiva en un hospital de tercer nivel de salud pública de la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The systematization work was carried out in reference to the pre-professional practices in a third level public health hospital in the city of Guayaquil. The objective was to establish the tools available to the practitioner or clinical psychologist with Lacanian orientation for the approach of distress in patients who become in subjective urgency. Its importance lies in the analysis of some psychoanalytic categories such as: distress, subjective urgency, DATUS device and transference based on the contributions of Sigmund Freud, Jacques Lacan, Eric Laurent, Inés Sotelo, Ricardo Seldes, Guillermo Bélaga and other contemporary authors. In order to make possible a reading of the subjective emergency treatment and the possible therapeutic effects that are propitiated in the encounter between psychologist and patient inside the hospital.
