Análisis de la implementación del teletrabajo y su incidencia en la organización y función de los docentes en una Unidad Educativa en sector sur de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The objective of this degree work is to analyze the implementation of teleworking and its impact on the organization and functions of teachers in an educational unit located in the southern sector of Guayaquil. For this, a quantitative and qualitative, non-experimental, field, descriptive and cross sectional research design was carried out, using the method: deductive, applying data collection techniques, the survey and interview, which was applied to a population and sample comprised of teachers. of the educational unit of the southern sector of Guayaquil, with the information collected, the data analysis was carried out, aided by bar graphs, analysis of the interviews,chi square. Among the results obtained are that 93% have resources to carry out their activities, 43% affirm that there is a workload. 3% do not agree that the established goals are achieved without difficulty, 57% met established schedules, 47% reported medical disabilities, 50% feel tired and stressed, 50% perceive recognition for the efforts they performs, 60% affirm that superiors listen to their observations, 57% add that the deadlines set are reasonable. With these data it can be concluded that the implementation of teleworking affects a lot of teachers, due to the efficiency that is desired to be achieved as an educational institution, therefore, the evaluation of teachers is necessary, to determine these factors, helping them to that they have a better adaptability in this modality, trying not to affect their family life, that is, to achieve a balance between work and personal.
