Abstract

Guayaquil is the second most important city in the country for its history and its political relevance. One of the most important features of the city is commercial space due to the amount of spaces that are generated in the city to develop different types of businesses that adapt to different types of socioeconomic groups. This is why we want to provide the "City of Children" urbanization with a commercial mall that adapts to a natural environment characterized by climatic and topographical conditions. Where all micro entrepreneurs in the sector can move with their business to a better space and at the same time bring a more organized and formal trade, in this project you want to create several sensations in each of its both closed, open and semi-open spaces, playing with the height of the building.
