Análisis de derechos de extranjeros frente a asuntos de política interna en el Ecuador.

Abstract

The grounds for deportation in Ecuador have been having some changes and updates over the years, however, in recent reforms have been established guidelines that have direct effects on the fundamental rights of people and even go against the supreme rule in our country, the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. Foreigners and Ecuadorians have rights and obligations that must be fulfilled regardless of the geographic space in which they are. Among these rights is the freedom to express themselves freely on matters they consider important, as well as to initiate debates and exchanges of information without this meaning an affectation or alteration to public order, peace, and tranquility. That said, this paper will analyze the affectation of the aforementioned and the problems that this could cause in future events in the country and abroad.
