Situación filial de los hijos nacidos en un matrimonio igualitario.

Abstract

In the current investigation, the main objective is taken from homoparental upbringing, since it is an issue that even until today generates a lot of controversy when those social stigmas under which the regulations were established are found, slowing down the processes of adaptation and improvement of the law to make it equal for everyone. That is why, even today, the modifications that are carried out in the law to allow people who belong to different social groups, in this case, it will be about homosexuals and their filial situation on the children born in an equal marriage, where the legal framework that this includes will be analyzed, its comparison with a neighboring country belonging to the Latin American community and the analysis of the Ecuadorian situation in front of this situation, in order to present a proposal that allows improving the application of the regulations in future situations within the country.
