Satisfacción de necesidades de grupos de atención prioritaria en la parroquia Javier Loyola, análisis de su inversión social.

Abstract

The work carried out in this research was based on analyzing the management of the GAD Parroquial for the attention to the needs of the elderly, in order to contribute to the improvement of their role and the social development of the parish; all this was conducted through a mixed approach methodology, applied research and descriptive level. In addition, interviews were conducted with officials of the GAD Parroquial and surveys of older adults belonging to the rural parish of Javier Loyola. Finally, by collecting information it was possible to obtain the budget designated in favor of the elderly as a group of priority attention, as well as the evidence of programs and services developed by the GAD Parroquial, the needs presented by the elderly and their perceptions of the GAD's management to satisfy their needs.
