Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un Centro de Hemodiálisis en el sector norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

This thesis work is based on the feasibility study proposal for the creation of a Hemodialysis Center in the northern sector of the city of Guayaquil. The center will serve all patients suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease with greater emphasis on patients in stage 5 in need of Renal Replacement Treatment (Hemodialysis) who are referred by the Ecuadorian health network, both Public (MSP, IESS, ISSPOL, ISSFA ) and Private (Private Insurance). In this study, a quantitative approach was applied, with a non-experimental descriptive and cross-sectional design, where issues that make up a feasibility, technical and financial study were analyzed. A demonstration of convenience was shown by the feasibility of applying the surveys to the 295 users of the different Hemodialysis centers, resulting in a positive NPV of $1,560,852.80, with an IRR of 31% higher than the opportunity rate and the PAYBACK or recovery. economic capital is from the third year with a profitable socioeconomic impact since it will generate employment, help users of the sector and surrounding sectors that need hemodialysis to improve their quality of life.
