| dc.description | Tras la reforma del artículo 363 del COGEP, en la que se incluye la hipoteca como título de ejecución, la cual debería tener obligaciones ejecutables; analizaremos las características que definen que hipoteca es apta para ser considerada título de ejecución, teniendo en claro que no toda hipoteca puede ser considerada como título de ejecución, por lo que la obligación que se contiene debe ser pura, determinada y actualmente exigible, considerando que la ejecución se limitada a la realización concreta de los establecido en el título de ejecución. En el siguiente trabajo se analizará la hipoteca y las circunstancias que hay que adecuarlas para que funcionen como título de ejecución correctamente. | en_US |
