Análisis del Habeas Corpus en los sistemas de protección Interamericano y Nacional.

Abstract

This research work is descriptive in nature, with a deductive approach, using documentary and bibliographic review as a methodological resource. This research was born with the purpose of analyzing how Habeas Corpus is regulated by the InterAmerican and National protection systems, it will also address what the various modalities of Habeas Corpus consist of at the Inter-American and National level that can be presented in compliance with the regulations. Several fundamental and technical aspects of the application of the judicial guarantee of Habeas Corpus in both protection systems will be analyzed. Finally, it will be described how these protection systems have developed the figure of Habeas corpus based on a jurisprudential analysis.
