Abstract

This work shows in a well-founded way the importance that it addresses to the Registry Law in Ecuadorian legislation, carrying out a critical analysis regarding the figures of registry law such as the causes of refusals in the Property Registry. The introduction is initially executed where the problem to be analyzed is established, raised in this same part the research questions that will give the structure of the exam. Together, this work clearly establishes the methodology to be used to obtain the desired results. The research reaches the approach of conceptualizations linked to the main topic, as well as other concepts handled in this área of Law, Property Registrar and its competences, the registration of acts, registry qualification, among others, to reach the conclusions and substantiate the necessary reform regarding the grounds for refusal.
