Abstract

This theme, called "The international trafficking of minors and their comprehensive protection in the Republic of Ecuador.", has had the purpose of explaining how those who deal with human beings, not only profit from them but also from those around their social environment. This dastardly business acquires its "raw material" from the most defenseless areas of society, and its motivations are always pecuniary gains, that is, they are not to blame when it comes to trafficking in human life, since those who are the object of these organizations are merchandise and as such must be delivered to the highest bidder. This new topic has allowed the researcher to know, investigate and analyze the mode of operations of these organizations that exploit minors, youth and adults, whose perpetrators surprise their victims in such a way that they accept their requests without any hesitation, since the threats against trafficking families can lead to the death of their family members. The investigation also has great connotation the exposure of a series of real life cases that occurred in some parts of the world, which allows expanding the analysis of the legislation of several countries and the importance of contemplating observations regarding the judicial process.
