El derecho a la libertad de expresión y sus límites en el Ecuador.

Abstract

This research work has focused on how the right to freedom of expression should operate and what its limits should be, since in the development of this right other equally fundamental rights for Ecuadorian citizens could be affected; reason why today this could occur more frequently with the emergence of new communication technologies and social networks, the latter in particular make this right more widely exercised by the majority of the Ecuadorian community, without excluding the world one, which before its appearance for many it was impossible for them to exercise this right in the way they practice it today, for this reason we have allocated a space to expose this topic, also when and in what circumstances we could appeal to the limitations to this law, and in the event that society considers it necessary to develop other limitations, what should be the circumstances and requirements.
