| Résumé: | Being the merger one of the ways to increase the competitiveness and profits of the company, and being a tool considerably used around the world as an effect of globalization. Ecuador has not remained different from this reality, taking into account the few studies related to mergers in the country, partly due to the lack of availability of information, we have contrasted the effect of this practice for the company Biosuper specifically in its profitability. As a result, there was a notable improvement in its ROE and ROA indicators, as well as in its cost management. |
| Description: | Siendo la fusión uno de los caminos para aumentar la competitividad y los beneficios de la empresa, y siendo una herramienta considerablemente usada alrededor del mundo como efecto de la globalización. Ecuador no ha permanecido diferente a esta realidad, tomando en cuenta los pocos estudios relacionados a fusiones en el país, en parte, debido a la falta de disponibilidad de información, se ha contrastado el efecto de esta práctica para la empresa Biosuper específicamente en su rentabilidad. Teniendo como resultado una mejora notable en sus indicadores ROE y ROA, así como, en su gestión de costos. |
