Composición de un tema con arreglo vocal utilizando los recursos musicales de las canciones Helplessly Hoping y Guinnevere de la banda de folk-rock Crosby, Stills and Nash.

Abstract

The main objective of this degree work is to create a song with a voice arrangement that contains elements of the folk-rock genre based on the analysis of the songs "“Helplessly Hoping”" and "Guinnevere" by the band Crosby, Stills and Nash. The themes were selected due to the characteristics of the vocal arrangements in which the voices were perfectly matched with the instrumentation in a harmonious way. In order to achieve this goal, a study of folk-rock and its defining characteristics has been carried out. The selected songs were analyzed to obtain the musical resources, which then was used in the creation of the theme "Lo major de ti" in order to achieve the distinctive sound of the style in the vocals.
