dc.descriptionEl propósito de este proyecto es analizar la factibilidad de integrar verticalmente hacia atrás de Automotriz Valencia. Esto con el objetivo de disminuir el costo de adquisición de las partes y repuestas. Para efectuarlo, se desarrolló un análisis cualitativo del mercado en donde se planteó la Matriz PEST para conocer el mercado, las Fuerzas de Porter para entender la industria y la Boston Consulting Group para seleccionar los productos propicios para la integración. Aunado a esto, un pronóstico cuantitativo con indicadores financieros basados en el pronóstico de regresión lineal. Como resultado, se demostró que es factible la integración y reduce los costos hasta en un 28%.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this project is to analyze the feasibility of vertically integrating backwards of Automotriz Valencia. This with the objective of reducing the cost of acquisition of parts and responses. To carry it out, a qualitative analysis of the market was developed where the PEST Matrix was proposed to know the market, Porter's Forces to understand the industry and the Boston Consulting Group to select the products conducive to integration. In addition to this, a quantitative forecast with financial indicators based on the linear regression forecast. As a result, it was shown that integration is feasible and reduces costs by up to 28%en_US
