La detención con fines investigativos y derechos fundamentales.

Abstract

With this investigative work, we will be able to identify how the application of detention for investigative purposes has transgressed fundamental rights and the opposition of the express norm, which falls on the alleged suspect of a crime. The population involved in this work is made up of lawyers who work in both the public and private spheres of the Province of Los Ríos. Interviews are applied to legal professionals whose data have served to carry out the proposed hypothesis, demonstrate the scope of the objectives and establish the conclusions. This research is descriptive, field, developing a conceptual theoretical foundation with a critical analysis of the sources used to support and develop this study, as well as define the variables and their scope, data collection and processing techniques. It also consists of a methodological framework, where the type of research, collection techniques, procedure, analysis of results, instruments, research guides are exposed, culminating with the conclusions and analysis of the investigative work.
