Análisis sobre los beneficios de la inversión en el mercado bursátil de Guayaquil : propuesta de capacitación.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of knowledge about stock market culture that Ecuadorians have and proposes to educate about the different benefits in terms of long-term investment that are disclosed by the stock markets locally, through this analysis of several crucial points such as the reasons for the low level of cultural knowledge in the stock market, the collection of existing information that allow analyzing the current situation of the stock markets and the financial education of the people living in Ecuador. In the contextual framework, the basic concepts of the stock market are detailed for readers to have more information and understanding. Surveys were applied to 257 people, through web forms made up of a block of 9 questions that analyzed aspects such as knowledge about the local stock market, the importance they consider to have financial education and if they consider that investing in the stock market generates benefits. As a conclusion, it was determined that the majority of the respondents have no knowledge about the stock market, additionally they consider of utmost importance to have financial education and that most of them consider that investing in the stock market generates benefits.
