Abstract

Sports in our country are guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic, which sets out principles and rights for it. In turn, there is a law that regulates sports in our country, the Law of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation, whose article 15 states that the organizations contemplated by said law are private law entities without profit, that is, they only have social and public purpose, must comply with objectives only related to the social and recreational field in accordance with the policies, plans and guidelines established by the Sectoral Ministry. We understand that in our country, the profits obtained in sports associations should be reinvested in the association and not profited from, which prevents the development of sports that is evolving rapidly. The exponential growth in recent decades, hand in hand with globalization and technology, should not be hindered by laws, but rather the goal should be to facilitate the achievement of goals that ultimately benefit the country in economic and social aspects.
