Nuevos planteamientos y escenarios de factibilidad económica a la concesión de la vía Loja – Catamayo.

Abstract

This titling work includes an economic-financial analysis of the "Design, Financing, Expansion to 3 lanes, Operation and Maintenance of the Loja - Catamayo highway and link to the Catamayo city airport, 32.67 km long" with the objective of proposing and showing new scenarios that give way to the determination of the financial viability of the concession, to deepen that it is necessary to implement the study of road concessions, concepts of financial evaluation and the possible benefits that this concession brings to the participants. The analyzes were developed with information from the MTOP, making use of the information published in its digital media on the macro-project to concession the roads of Ecuador, with this information it was possible to carry out the different cash flows, both the one developed under the data direct from the MTOP, such as those generated from the proposed approaches; With the existence of these variations and considerations, it will be known how viable the project is and all the risks that its execution entails.
