Abstract

The main purpose of this research has been to reflect on the influence of parental functions on the development of emotional bonding in children, using a descriptive approach. The methodological approach adopted is framed within the qualitative paradigm. For the collection of information, the use of semi-structured in-depth interviews was chosen, directed to professionals with experience in areas related to the topic of study. As for the analysis of the information collected, a system of detailed review of each response was implemented, followed by an analytical synthesis of the variables identified. With the general objective of analyzing the incidence of parental functions on the development of emotional bonding in the child through the descriptive method, In line with the findings and reflections derived from the analysis, it is concluded that the appropriate use of technology, the moderate and balanced use of social networks and digital activities in tune with the family structure, as well as a conducive environment and comprehensive care, exert a positive influence on the development of emotional bonding in the child. These factors, when managed consciously and consistently, contribute significantly to the formation and consolidation of strong emotional connections between parents and children, promoting healthy emotional growth in children.
